Armando Guzman
He/him
Armando grew up in Sucre, within Territory Bolivia. When he was a child, the artificial intelligence known as the Mainframe sent microscopic technology to fuse with Armando's body.
In the late 2190s, Armando was recruited by the Antistasi to join the Sivylla—a group of other teenagers who the Mainframe fused with technology. The group discovered side effects of the technology: enhanced abilities. Armando discovered that his ability was enhanced strength. While the ability could be useful, he found that it got in the way since he couldn't turn it off. After the Mainframe events, he returned to Sucre.
At the beginning of "Death's Mending Touch," Armando ran his own bakery in Sucre. When the deceased Bian appeared around the world, the Antistasi called Armando and the other Sivylla together to address this. After reuniting with Bian, the group decided to work with the Antistasi part-time under a new team name: the Enforcers.

Appearance
Armando was born a human. He was a Latinx, Brown man with light brown skin. His recent ancestry was primarily Bolivian and Puerto Rican.
In "Death's Mending Touch," he was a large, 7'8" man. He kept his dark brown hair short and his facial hair well-groomed. He wore tailored khakis and button-up shirts. He wore round glasses with black frames.
Personality, Behavior, Et Cetera
Armando could be brash, but strongly loyal to people he cared about. He had a difficult time changing his mind when he was set on something. Although he was confident about his large size, he was often nervous about breaking something on accident due to his strength. When he felt anger or sadness, he tried to keep himself still—or at least away from people and important objects. One touch fueled by an aggressive emotion could break an arm or a work of art. As part of his enhanced strength, he also didn't injure easily. Even bullets had a difficult time breaking through his skin.
In "Death's Mending Touch," he was proud of being a baker who experimented with various Bolivian desserts and pastries. He found breaking things (like discarded wood and pots that were made to be broken) to be a great stress reliever. As he approached his thirties, he wanted to find someone to love.
Armando was Mononousian, which means he believed in the great god Gret and the mythology associated with Gret (such as the sacrifice of Glacia and the hurricane survivor Yehsuus). Armando showed his faith the most when he prayed out loud before falling asleep.
He was cisgender and straight. He was kind of the token straight guy of the Sivylla/Enforcers.
Relationships
When he was recruited for the Sivylla group in his teenage years, he admired Corelai. He also had a silent crush on Klavdiya.
In "Death's Mending Touch," he connected with Hanbal and Quito when they all cooked together.
