Will Kennedy
He/him
When Will was a child, the artificial intelligence known as the Mainframe sent microscopic technology to fuse with Will's body. In the 2180s, he grew up in San Angelo with his parents and older brother, Alex. After Renovatio—an engineering organization—recruited Alex, Will worked to acquire spare change.
In the late 2190s, Renovatio captured Will and locked him in a room near a couple of other teenagers—Sterling and Tera. He talked to one through the walls, knowing him as Sterling. He didn't learn until later that the girl in the other room was named Tera. The three of them were rescued by the Antistasi to join the Sivylla—a group of other teenagers who the Mainframe fused with technology. He reunited with his brother, Alex, there. During this time, the group discovered side effects of the technology: enhanced abilities. Will discovered that his capability was essentially super speed. He could react so quickly that it looked like super speed, and his mind ran faster than most. After the Mainframe events, he joined the Antistasi.
By "Death's Mending Touch," Will went on many dangerous missions for the Antistasi, occasionally working with Sterling. When the deceased Bian appears around the world, the Antistasi called Will and the other Sivylla together to address this. After reuniting with Bian, the group decided to work with the Antistasi part-time under a new team name: the Enforcers.

Appearance
Will was born a human. He was a white, 5'2, somewhat overweight man. He had dark brown eyes. At the beginning of "Death's Mending Touch," his straight, black hair was cut short. He wore oval glasses with black frames. He had ornate tattoos on his arms, neck, and back—the dragon wings on his back were the most prominent. He preferred wearing casual clothing he could easily run in if need be.
Personality, Behavior, Et Cetera
Will alternated between being overly serious and overly playful. His physical speed tended to increase when he was excited. Although he didn't mind taking risks, he wouldn't unless he saw multiple good reasons to do so. He was a proper, well-rounded Antistasi soldier. After losing Alex, he wanted to follow through on completing the vision his brother believed in. He kept a level head in high-stress situations.
He ran races, traveled, and played video games in his free time. Coffee was his lifeline.
He was bisexual and polyamorous.
Relationships
Growing up, Will and Alex were close. When Alex was recruited, Will felt like he needed to be more dutiful to his parents to fill the gap Alex left. When they reunited, the two picked up their brotherhood quickly.
When Will met Sterling and Tera, he quickly became friends with the two. Although he had friends before, these two were so oddly different that he couldn't help but want to be around them more. As he interacted more with the other Sivylla, he found himself liking both Nairobi and Malaika, but he was too awkward around them to say anything about his feelings.
In "Death's Mending Touch," Will missed the Sivylla and grieved for his brother, Alex. He felt more isolated than ever, especially since the Sivylla didn't like the disruption that being called together caused to their lives; Will took that as a personal rejection of the Antistasi life he chose.
