Klara Lebedeva

She/her

Klara was Klavdiya... until Klavdiya was split in half.

Alright, I'll back up a bit.

During "Death's Mending Touch," Klavdiya was captured by the Trader's League. The Masked Figure experimented on the Sivylla. To test Klavdiya's healing abilities, the Masked Figure cut Klavdiya exactly in half. This resulted in the two halves healing into two different Klavdiyas. They decided to work together and named themselves Klara and Diya.

Klara and Diya worked together to imitate a single person—or twins, on occasion. Their basketball teammates and coaches knew that they were two people, but the public didn't know. They switched places on the court, playing up their different hairstyles as an unexplained gimmick.

The Sivylla decided to work with the Antistasi part-time as the Enforcers, including both Klara and Diya. Jenna and Klara/Diya make up and decide to try dating again.

Appearance

Klara was considered a human, although somewhat a clone. At the end of "Death's Mending Touch," she was a tall (5'8"), white, muscular Russian woman with pale skin. Her recent ancestry was primarily Russian. She had light blue eyes. She enjoyed wearing outfits with bright colors and breathable fabric.

Her hair was buzzed on the left side. On the right side, she retained her long, curly, and platinum blonde hair. Her ears were pierced on the right side, so she pierced the left side to match Diya. She enjoyed wearing colorful makeup that stood out against her pale skin. She liked painting her nails bright colors as well, especially orange. Around the Enforcers, she tended to wear orange armbands with 'K' on the external sides.

Personality, Behavior, Et Cetera

Klara was always ready with a dazzling smile and uplifting words of camaraderie. She was up for a workout anytime. Her favorite sports were basketball (obviously, since that was her job) and tunnelball. Although she played the dangerous, illegal game Sport for many years, she only liked the parkour aspects of it—not the high chances of injury. She maybe also liked showing off for Jenna.

Her favorite color was bright orange. Bright colors reminded her of the personality she preferred showcasing. With Diya's help, she started to forgive herself for her guilt. She was always pushing herself to do better. She would heal the whole world if she could.

Klara was bisexual.

The main difference between Klara and Diya is that Diya was numb, pain-free, and barely awake when Klavdiya was cut in half. The numbing medication was hooked into Klavdiya's left arm—the side that became Diya. Klara came into being screaming in agony.

Relationships

Klara loved her mother and grandmother. She didn't think about her father often, especially since Diya was such a stabilizing force for her mental health. It was fun having someone around who thought so similarly to her.

Although their relationship with Jenna wasn't what they expected, they were alright with it. Jenna dated the two of them and they tried not to be self-conscious about how the other looked when kissing Jenna.

Trivia

  • Klara's birthday was February 13, 2181

  • Her favorite food was pelmeni, which she made for the Sivylla on occasion. It ended up being Nairobi's favorite food, as mentioned in "When Truth Cowers"

Gallery - yep, even the sketches
